What is your approach / style?
My photography is about capturing the magic of your authentic moments and special connections with your loved ones. I use a mix of lifestyle and documentary approach to create timeless photographs that you can look back on for years to come.
What time do the sessions take place?
We can schedule a time that is suitable to you and your family’s schedule. In general, the best time for an outdoor photoshoot is mornings when the sun rises or late afternoons, or an hour before sunset (for that soft, golden hour glow). For at-home sessions, natural lighting is ideal at around midday.
What should I wear to the shoot?
After we have our first call, I will send a detailed photoshoot guide to help you prepare for a relaxing and fun session, including a guide on what to wear and any items to bring. For newborn sessions, I will send parents specific information with tips and what to expect.
What if I have some ideas?
Feel free to share your ideas and any visual reference of what you had in mind - let's collaborate to create photos that feel 100% you!
What is your turnaround time?
For digital images, the turnaround time is two weeks after your session. You will then have full gallery access for 30 days. I strongly recommend clients to back up their final images. Super 8mm video production takes around one month.
When should I book?
If you want to guarantee a particular date then I would recommend booking as early as possible! Otherwise, 3-4 weeks in advance would be great. If you think we are good fit, you can make an enquiry. Simply fill out the form above and I will come back to you as soon as possible.
Can I reschedule?
I am happy to reschedule due to weather conditions, family emergency / sickness / illness / health concerns. Just let me know as soon as possible and we can start looking at some alternative dates based on both of our availability.
Can I share the photos online?
Of course! I encourage you to share your photos with your loved ones and you can post them on social media such as Facebook or Instagram. All I would ask is that you to kindly tag me (@dawnstudio.lisbon) in any pictures you share!
